© Petra und Oliver Brand 2011 The house is, as usual here in the Netherlands, located behind our house, but it  has an own entrance and it is separated from our house by a small wall and a  gate, so you will have your privacy. The living space is approximately 35 sq. m. and is spread over two floors which  are connected by steep stairs (not suitable for little children or handicapped  persons!).   In the first floor  you can find   - the cozy dining area with a corner seat  - the full equipped kitchen with refridgerator, 4-pit gascooker, hood, toaster, coffie machine, water boiler and all kitchen accessories inclusive kitchen- and tea towels. - the modern bathroom with wellness- shower, sink and toilet. In the second floor you can find one room, which is separated   - in the living-room with a sofa-bed (200 x 140 cm)   - and the sleeping-room with a queen bed   (200 x 140 cm) and two small wardrobes.   In the living room you can find the LCD-tv   with satellite-receiver (german tv and radio-programs)  and a dvd-player. Furthermore, the house has an internet connection   and a telephone line (with telephone), from which you   can call for free in the german and dutch fixed network.  The house is suitable for up to 4 persons (bedlinen and towels are existing in the  house) and also your dog is welcome.   In front of the house is a small area with garden furniture (table and four  chairs)  Please note - our house is a non-smoking-area!
